HALLOWEEN

Halloween has got to be one of the greatest holidays of all time. It's the one day of the year where you can dress up as whoever or whatever you want, and on one can say anything! It's great. I'm a huge fan of this holiday, and this year Blake and I threw a Haloween Bash, which ended up being a ton of fun. Lots of friends stopped by and I cooked up some great spooky themed treats. Everyone participated and came dressed in fun costumes. I am sad it's over, but there is always next year. I posted my favs below. This is what I dressed up as for work..... me, being a freak as per usual.
Oh Ryan, Ryan.... you gotta love him. He dressed up in a 24-month-year-old's costume while his wife stood shamefully by his side. :)

More Wedding Fun

Getting married was so much fun.....but tiring! Oh how I wish I could go back and relive it all. To be quite honest, I don't even remember very much of the reception. It all went by so quickly and is such a blur to me!! It's crazy. I kind of wish I could have been there in line talking to everyone, but also been able to walk around and mingle a bit more. It truly was a perfect day. :)

TEAM BUILDING PARTY!

My work each month has a fun little get together party to get people to mingle a bit more. Last night we went Bowling at Fat Cats.

Here is me with a balloon! I'm so happy.Here is Christie and our friend Laura, she is on of my lesbian friends. She is a hoot and a cutie.

Girls Day Out

Christie, my Mom, and I had a Girl's Day Out a few weekends ago. We stopped by Gardner Village, which was all decked out for Halloween. Christie bought some cute knick-knacks, and we got some samples of fudge! (that's really the only reason I go to Garnder Village, because they really are over priced... but their fudge is dang good! haha)

So funny story. Christie kept putting her camera on a fence post by the pondso that we could all be in the picture togther... well we took this picture, and as you can see Christie had to crop some stupid lady who had walked in front of the camera out of the picture.....

Then we tried again, but as you can see-- this time a little child got in the way of the picture, and Christie again had to try to crop her out the best she could.... (She was so dang close to the camera.. I was so worried she was going to knock it into the pond!!) haha

To the Fair we go!!

Oh the State Fair.... you've got to love how white trash and red neck it is... and for some reason, my family goes every year. :) Here are a few pics to show you how to have a real good time while you are there!

You of course always have to get an airbrush tattoo as you can see below. John got one that said 'Lucious'.... :) haha. I love how Quentin kind of looks wasted in this picture.

Then there are the classic rip off games that cost tons of money and the prizes are absolute crap. Quentin and John played a few rounds of pop the balloon with a dart. I know I am having fuN if you cant' tell!!!

You of course cannot miss out on the wonderful array of farm animal displays. We saw goats, sheep, oinkers, and the classic milk cow. I promise my mom is not trying to give this cow an enema although it clearly looks like her hand is up the cow's butt hole. :) hahahaha,

Here is the fam (Holy crap ALL of us).. that hardly ever happens.. but yes all 8 of us are here eating some fatty heart stoppin fries and foot long corn dogs (except Christie of course as she carried around her no fat bag of rolls) You can't see it, but behind us is the Bear show! wooooo!!

So my brother in law's parents have this amazing house up in Logan, and it's like a miniature farm, and I love it. Well every year we go up there to pick fresh apples from the orchard and have a gay old time!!!! haha

Yay. Blake and I are FINALLY getting around to getting the internet at our house.. so hopefully on this upcoming Monday we will get it installed and it will be up and running. That way I really can update this blog and update people on our oh-so-amazing lives. :)

Twilight!

Yup. I am a Twilight fan.... (mostly the books though). I was very very disappointed when the 1st movie came out... and it was pretty lame but I think that is because I hate Kristin Stewart. She is a terrible actress. BUT despite my biased feelings I have, my friend sent me this link to the extended 'New Moon' trailor... and I will admit. I am quite excited for the 2nd movie to come out. Although the movies can never be as good as the books... I am crossing my fingers that the second one will be a bit better. I am sure Kristin will somehow ruin this one as badly as she did the first one unfortunately... but I still have high hopes. :)

and now we are back from the honeymoon and back to real life... which is sad... but oh well :)

Awww. We are so dang cute. This was right after we got out of the session. Oh My Goodness-- I loved it! Everything was so beautiful and wonderful inside. It was so great having our family there to support us and it was such a spiritual and amazing experience for both me and Blake. I am so happy we worked our butts off to get there :) It took us a long time.. but it was completely worth the wait to get to experience that. The temple is incredble

I feel like I should bust out in song.. "I love to see the temple.. I'm going there someday" hahahahaha. I hope anyone who hasn't had the opportunity to go through, makes the effort to get there because it is an awesome experience that everyone should get.

I am going to Jordan River FYI

SOOO.. I am going through to the temple tonight to take my endowments out! Yay.... quite exciting. I am very very anxious and a little nervous but mostly just happy and excited. It's going to be great. This will be mine and Blake's 2nd temple experience together , so it will be very special. :)

CRAZY!!

So Blake and I got our apartment, and I am VERY excited about it. It's in Riverton like on 13400 S. and right past bangerter. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, a little over 1000 Sq ft, and we got it for a way good deal! It even comes with a washer and dryer!! yay!! Our apartment faces east to this huge field, so we have a great view! I am soooo so excited, and I move in next week! WOOOOO!! :) Heck yes for being out of the padres house again!

Now this is NOT my dress. But there is no picture online of my dress... so this dress kind of gives you an idea. Mine is prettier though (well at least I think) :) My dress is light light ivory, not white, and mine is more ornate than this one for sure. It's just different since it's not this dress. hahah

Oh we are so cute! This was the picture taken right before Blake proposed to me. We were at Disneyland in front of the castle right at dusk. It was very magical and fun. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. The start to our 'Happily Ever After'!
